1. The spray nozzle either has dog hair or dust blocking it. Please check and clean the nozzle. To do this, you can blow on the nozzle to try and clear the blockage. You may wish to purchase WD-40 air duster to properly clean the nozzle.

2. The refill was unsuccessful. To refill the receiver, please hold the gas can vertically and point down towards the nozzle. Initially press for five seconds, and then press for ten seconds.

3. The collar is not worn properly. Please set the nozzle forward and tilt upward towards your dog’s snout.
Please note: Ensure the receiver is turned off before refilling.

If the LED light turns blue, the collar battery is fully charged. You need to touch the screen with your finger for 2-3 seconds and the collar will turn on. Please note that your finger cannot be wet or too dry when touching the screen to turn the collar on.

This means the receiver is connected to channel 3. You need to repair the receiver to channel 1 on the remote. Switch the channel to 1 on the remote and touch the receiver button 3 times. When the receiver keeps flashing, press the vibration button on the remote. The receiver is now connected to channel 1, with a beep sound.

Each time the collar is refilled, the collar can spray 36 times. One full bottle will give you 500 sprays.

Unfortunately, visually you are unable to tell if the collar is full of the citronella. However, before charging you can use a cross drill to press on the nozzle of the receiver. This will let out any air. Then place the nozzle of the citronella spray to the nozzle of the receiver collar and press down. First press for 5 seconds, then for another 10 seconds. The receiver should be full.
